Following your dreams and running your own business isn’t only about online visibility and product. It's just as important to talk about our ability to lead. This workshop is about leadership where we will work with concepts like ‘Inner Leadership’, leadership on a day-to-day basis and leadership of clients, students and assistants. Only by understanding and enacting these concepts, will we reach our goals and achieve full potential of our dream business and still thrive!
Leadership for entrepreneurs’ will start by focussing on our Inner Leadership and then we will progress to build direction and control of our Outer Leadership. We will work our way through the essential levels of understanding leadership in general as well as exploring our own unique gifts as leaders - and which specific kind of leadership our business needs.
The workshop will allow you work on your own business project as the course will be a mix of lecturing, interactive learning and creative exercises.
