My courses are for university and higher education lecturers, educators and other knowledge experts whose knowledge can support, empower and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and communities around the world.
My teaching draws on intercultural learning, cross-cultural intelligence, creative exploration, different personality and learning styles, and - importantly - your own cultural and personal experience. There is no one-size-fits-all formula here. My role is to help you discover how your knowledge, experience and unique way of communicating can become something meaningful for others.
Louise Sommer takes you on a journey through time and history in a pursuit to bring out the best in each and every participant. She has a unique ability to engage, empower and inspire the individuals creativity, using techniques unlike any other I have experienced before. An absolutely brilliant workshop!
