So, where is B?
Maybe you already know. Maybe something needs to change, but you are not yet sure what that change looks like.
Or perhaps you can see exactly where you want to go, but there are several possible ways of getting there.
A new direction. A different way of working. A leadership role. An idea you want to bring to life. A professional transition. A different way of teaching, creating or contributing.
Sometimes the challenge is not a lack of possibilities.
It is understanding which possibilities are yours.
But you don't make choices in a vacuum.
Every journey takes place within conditions.
there is:
Your ENVIRONMENT
Where you live, work, learn and belong.
Your CIRCUMSTANCES
The realities and responsibilities surrounding you.
Your BELIEFS & VALUES
What matters to you and what you believe is possible.
Your RESOURCES
What you have available to you now and what you may need to develop.
Your EXPERIENCES
What you bring with you, including what you have learned along the way.
I dont' give you the map.
You already have one!
I work with lecturers and educators in higher education who want to strengthen their professional agency and step fully into their role as Knowledge Mentors. Educators who want to understand their own map of potential, strengthen their professional agency and become more intentional about the educator they choose to be - and the future they wish to cultivate in their students.
Understand this: Becoming a powerful educator is not about learning somebody else's formula. One shoe never fits all. It is about understanding what you, as a unique human being with a unique history, bring into the learning space: your knowledge, experience, values, judgement, relationships and way of seeing the world.
Together, we explore the conditions shaping your practice, uncertainty, goals, the choices available to you, and how you can develop the confidence, capability and professional judgement to make those choices your own.
I bring educational psychology, educator development and decades of experience working with human learning, development and change in a cross-cultural and international field.
You bring your knowledge, your experience, your questions and the people whose learning you influence. I'll unfold the map and together we embark on your journey.

The goal is not to make you teach like everybody else.
My goal is to help you become an empowered, authentic Knowledge Mentor who shapes the future through the people you teach.
Become the Knowledge Mentor you know future generations need, and you know you can be.
You already bring knowledge, experience and a lifetime of learning into the room. Now the question is what you choose to do with it.
Will you step fully into your role as a Knowledge Mentor, preparing and cultivating the people who will carry our world forward?
Choose the depth of support that meets you where you are.
